When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide:

  • Your phone number (if you provide it)
  • The project type you select
  • Any information you include in your message

Like most websites, our hosting provider may also automatically record standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to identify you.

How we use your information, and our legal basis

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and discuss your project. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services (and, where you have contacted us, taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract).

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run this website and respond to enquiries — namely our website hosting provider and a form-delivery service that passes your message to our inbox. They process your data only on our instructions.

Some of these providers may process data on servers outside the UK/EEA; where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, and does not track you across the web. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so no data about your visit is sent to third-party font providers.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to erase your data;
  • restrict or object to our processing; and
  • request a copy of your data in a portable format.
